Our learning interventions cover key topics of interest such as emotional intelligence, interviewing techniques, executive presence, team building and innovation. We deliver these through bite-sized seminars, experiential classroom and outdoor workshops, small group programs and 1-on-1 coaching. We specialize in working with global tools and frameworks including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument, Crucial Conversations, Intercultural Development Inventory and Intercultural Conflict Styles.
