Bootcamp Chennai is based on HIIT based workouts and functional strength training such as using Hammer, Rope, Tyres, Kettlebells, Sandbags along with Calisthenic training forming a HIIT circuit type training. You will never go back to normal training once you start training with us.

We have the most challenging workouts where people feel they can’t finish each workout, but end up coming back for more. Most of our clients have tried traditional diets and fitness regimes, finally come to us because we deliver results. We put our money where our mouth is...Your Fitness Results will speak for themselves!

Register with us prior to each batch, because we work on a first cum first basis. Quantity isn’t as important as quality when it comes to delivering results, so we strive to keep our batch limited to 12 to 15 students per batch.
Our training facility has been established in the posh locality of Adyar and Anna Nagar with spacious ground spanning 5000 sq. ft.

We have proper parking space for motorcycles and car. You can work out in harmony with nature, blending your body with pure oxygen in-take in endurance based workouts.
