India Shelter Finance Corporation aims to empower middle-income households with credit to acquire new homes or to extend and improve their current homes. So far, we have helped over 15,000+ families and have disbursed over a whopping Rs.480 Crores in loans!

Our presence can be felt in 45 cities with 48 dedicated branches over 8 states and our team of 400+ employees works honestly, sincerely and respectfully towards fulfilling the progressively increasing need of first generation urban families for housing credit.

We have built a profitable and socially useful business that not only increases our customer’s access to housing and home improvements but consequently also improves the health and education outcomes of these households.

The loans we disburse vary from Rs.3 Lakhs to Rs.20 Lakhs!

Sequoia Capital invested in the company to meet the requirements of its first phase of growth. Later Sequoia Capital, Nexus Venture Partners and Westbridge Capital infused more capital in the company to help accelerate growth further.
